He is survived by: his wife Robin Meyer of Denison; his children, Jennifer Knickman (Jason) of Dunlap, Jessica Meyer of Ames, Jonathan Meyer of Sac City and Lucas Gilmore; his grandchildren, Cooper Knickman, Addyson Knickman, Saylor Bills and Lincoln Meyer; his siblings, Lynnel Meyer of Fresno, Jerry Meyer (Lori) of Denison, Stanley Meyer of Vail and Darwin Meyer (Chris) of Schleswig; his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Hank (Gary) of Wayne, Denise Meeves (Bryce) of Denison and Barry Jurgensen of Denison; and his mother-in-law Lorraine Groth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and other family and friends.

The family will direct memorials to various local organizations including the Four County Fair.
