Derek Fink Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Derek Fink (Denison, Iowa) is shared. Derek, born on August 30, 1983, passed away on August 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald, LaVonne Hulsebus, Harold and Margery Fink; his aunts and uncles, Thomas and Linda Cooper; his cousin Reggie Cooper; his uncle David Fink; and his aunts, Rita Nissen and Stella Fink.
He is survived by: his parents, Edward Fink and Carol Fink; his wife Stephanie Fink; his sons, Blaine Grady and Brantley Fink; his siblings, Chris Fink (Tera), Brian Fink (Marcy) and Cheri Emery (Eric); his in-laws, Dave and Julie Esser; his brother-in-law Mark Esser (Jenn); and his nieces and nephews, Tatum, Bryce, Hunter, Devin, Teryn, Jake, Easton, Ty, Payton, Owen, Levi and Emme. He is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (1004 1st Ave S, Denison, IA 51442).
