Donna Jean Giermann Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Donna Jean Giermann in Denison, Iowa. Donna, born on November 17, 1942 in Audubon, Iowa, passed away on June 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Guy" Lile and Anna Lile (Dreier); her husband Vernis Giermann; and her siblings, Richard, Walt, Vern, Dallas, Darwin Lile, Deloris Brannen and Delma Lile.

She is survived by: her daughters, Karla Roush (Todd) of Maryville and Kristy Grimm (Cassidy) of Burlington Junction, Missouri; her grandchildren, Jonathon and Leanna Roush; her stepgranddaughters, Claudia and Ava Grimm; and her sister-in-law Norma Auen of Kiron. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Memorials may be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church in Kiron in Donna's memory.
