She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred C. Nemitz and Esther Nemitz (Dethlefs); her grandparent Castana; her husband Earl Dozler; and her brothers, Fred and Robert Nemitz.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Dozler (John Schweiger) of Omaha, Kathy Cook (Mike) of Carroll, Laura Iversen (Robert) of Newell and Gary Dozler (Jodi) of Harlan; and her siblings, Carolyn Lorenzen, Donald Nemitz, Mary Zeimen (Ron), Barb Kahl (Don) and David Nemitz (Janice). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Huebner Funeral Home (1437 Broadway, Denison, IA 51442). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (1004 1st Ave S, Denison, IA 51442).
