With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ervin Lutz (Denison, Iowa), who passed away on June 4, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lutz and Hulda Lutz (Hantelman); his wife Barb Lutz; and his brothers, Clarence, Arthur, Alfred, Donald, Marion "Louie" and Vernon Lutz.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Houston (Joe) of Clinton, Mark Lutz (Renee) of Denison and Daniel Lutz (Bobbi) of Schleswig; his grandchildren, Vanessa Houston, April Schneider (Max), Delaney Branning (Ryan), Brady Lutz and Haley Lutz; and his great grandchildren, Duncan, Nora and Ava Schneider. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.
Memorials may be directed to the family for a donation to be made in his name.
