It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeremy Dave Frank (Denison, Iowa), born in Sac City, Iowa, who passed away on February 21, 2021, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, David Frank of Mesa, Arizona and Joan Boerner (Brian) of Denison, Iowa; his wife Kerri Gray; his daughters, Sara Folk (Aaron) of Manning, Iowa and Jennifer Frank of Mapleton, Iowa; his grandson Kysen Folk; his siblings, Keri Frank of Denison, Matthew Frank (Melissa) of Sioux City, Iowa, Mandi Plumb (Tim) of Irwin, Iowa, Jewell Frank, Calvin Frank and Raymond Frank; and his nephew Justin Plumb. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other family members and many friends.
