He is survived by: his siblings, Lin Holder, Sunny Brodsky, Tricia Cottrell (Hal) and Carter Holder (Miriam); and his children, Andrea Wahle (Jeff), Brandon, Brennan and Braeden (Salem). He is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
