He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne D. Randol and Betty Jean Randol (Anderson); his parents-in-law, Jim and Dorothy J. Slater; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Slater, Tom Slater and Michelle Slater.

He is survived by: his wife Becky Randol of Denison; his children, Jenifer Randol of Omaha, Melanie Steinkuehler (Matt) of Charter Oak and James W. Randol (Shasta Smith) of Monticello; his brothers, Rod Randol of Sioux City and Terry Randol of Lake City; and his brothers-in-law, Denny Slater (Sandy) of Denison and Curt Slater of Defiance. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and other family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Huebner Funeral Home (1437 Broadway, Denison, IA 51442). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
