With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John Jessen (Denison, Iowa), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jessen and Alice Jessen (Simon); his former wife Dee Jessen; and his sisters, Phyllis Utsinger and Betty Jessen.
He is survived by: his wife Delores King; his daughters, Cindy Bohm (Steve) of Arion, Lindy Aschinger (Kevin) of Westside, Tammy Schurke (Kevin) of Dow City, Cathy Andersen (Barry) of Arcadia and Jackie Muff (Dan) of Dow City; his siblings, Jimmy Jessen and Lois Hart; and his sister-in-law Pearl Schau (Ed). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandsons.
Memorials may be directed to the family for designation to organizations that were most meaningful to Jack.
