He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlin Winey and Marian Winey (Starek); and his sister Diana Winey. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Winey of Vail; his daughters, Nicole Winey of Vail and Rachel Kreutz (Vinny) of Vail; and his grandchildren, Azalea, Violet, Asher and Alister. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be directed to his family, to be used in support of his grandchildren's future education.
