He is survived by: his daughters, Anne Jeschke (Kevin) of Chillicothe, Mary Ellen Bexten of Manilla and Kathleen Leitru (Galen Jesme) of Merrill; his grandchildren, Ben Jeschke, Kristen Eller (Jeff), Tyler Jeschke (Ashley), Brett Jeschke (Lauren), Tim Bexten (Mallori), Mike Bexten (Cassie), Beth Alexander (Matt), Amy Blackwell (Matt), Ryan Leitru (Holly), Brandon Leitru (Melissa) and Carley Henderson (Devin); and his siblings, Elizabeth Jindra (Leonard) of Norfolk, Bridget McNiff of Beatrice and Steve Gross (Deb) of Wayne, Nebraska. He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Huebner Funeral Home (1437 Broadway, Denison, IA 51442). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (916 2nd Ave S, Denison, IA 51442).
