He is survived by: his wife Cathy Christiansen (McCollough); his children, Lynette Hankins of Winterset, Rhonda Hauge (Steve) of Dakota Dunes, Tonia Petterson (Eric) of Waukee and Jason Lee Christiansen (Megan) of Moulton; his stepchildren, Jason Todd Koch of Denison and Cori Jo Koch (Todd VanArsol) of Dow City; and his sister Carol Moore of Lincoln, Nebraska. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends, coworkers.
