Roger L. Peters Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2025, at the age of 78, Roger L. Peters (Denison, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Roger may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Roger touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Peters and Cleo Peters (Keesling); his sister Diana Peters; and his father-in-law Martin Schneider. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Peters of Denison; his daughter Deborah Thompson (Zach) of Jewell, IA; his siblings, Doug Peters (Carol) of Brier, WA and Roxie Peters of Denison; and his mother-in-law Shirley Schneider of Denison. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
