Rusty Siefken Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rusty Siefken (Denison, Iowa), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 26, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Siefken (Sander); his grandparents, Roy, Vera Siefken, Bill and Willetta Sander; and his mother-in-law Carmen Hamilton.
He is survived by: his father Keith Siefken (Susan) of Omaha; his wife Melissa Siefken of Omaha, Nebraska; his children, Shadow Siefken of Hurlburt Field and Zoe Siefken of Omaha; his stepchildren, Josh McCoid (Shawna) of Belleville, Luke Schwade (Jessica) of Grand Rapids, Jake Schwade (Karrie) of Charter Oak, Brandon Schwade (Mikayla) of Hawarden, Ross Schwade (Shianne) of Odebolt and Lauren Schwade of Denison; his siblings, Robin Fredericks (Scott) of Omaha, Ryan Siefken of Papillion and Rhonda Kosloske (PJ) of Omaha; and his father-in-law Robert Hamilton of Denison. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Our Savior Lutheran Church (500 N 24th St, Denison, IA 51442). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
