With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Zitzlsperger (Denison, Iowa), who passed away on December 14, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zitzlsperger and Catherine Zitzlsperger (Rosauer); his siblings, Joe, Eugene, Wilfred, Clarence, Ronnie, Bob and Bernice Dotzler; his niece Barbara Ohlinger; and his sister-in-law Judy Zitzlspenger.
He is survived by: his nephews, Alan Zitzlsperger (Nancy) of Omaha, Nebraska, Dave of Omaha, Nebraska and Mark Zitzlsperger of Omaha, Nebraska; his niece Mary Rohe of Manning; his great-nephews, Andy, Kevin and Marcus; his great-niece Katy; his niece Betty Keane (Joe) of Defiance, IA; his great-nieces and great-nephews, AJ, John, Sarah and Laura; and his sister-in-law Mary Zitzlsperger.
Memorials may be directed to St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Denison.
