With sadness, we share the passing of Catharyn Elizabeth Marquart of Denver, Iowa. Catharyn, born on March 17, 1929 in Waterloo, Iowa, passed away on September 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jamieson and Edith Jamieson (Septor); her husband Clayton Marquart; her son Gregory Marquart; and her siblings, Donna French, Gene, Douglas and Michael Jameison.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Marquart of Waterloo; and her brothers, John Jameison (Merna) of Waterloo and Phillip Jamieson of Waterloo.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Saint Paul United Church of Christ (300 Washington St, Denver, IA 50622). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to Catharyn's family for later designation.
