He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy A. Hollis and Lauretta Hollis (Henningsen); his wife Sandra Jolann Hiatt; his grandchildren, Maxwel Kolsrud and Baby Boy Ingold; and his sister Pat Spake (David).
He is survived by: his children, Sue Hughes (Al) of Marion, Blair Freet (Pam) of Tipton, Heidi Ingold (Kevin) of Stout and Heather Kolsrud of Denver; his grandchildren, McCale Kolsrud (Madi Nagra), Mason Kolsrud and Hazel Kolsrud; and his great grandchild Juniper Kolsrud.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. John Lutheran Church - Denver (641 Lincoln St, Denver, IA 50622). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
