She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Beaver and Laura Beaver; her husband James E. Merical, Sr.; her son James E. Jr.; and her siblings, Owen, Bill, Lester, Ralph, Joy Delaney, Helen Leidel, Esther Parmenter and Mary Pryor.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Jungman (Jeff), Janice Pardekooper and Nancy Merical; her grandsons, Brian Jungman (Lindsey), Eric Jungman (Emily), Mathew Pardekooper, Cory Pardekooper (Sara) and Joshua Pardekooper (Hallie); and her sister Ruth Panhoff. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
