She was predeceased by: her parents, Guadalupe Montalvo and Maria Montalvo Fuentes; and her siblings, Robert Montalvo, Joe Fuentes, Juan Garcia, Anita Villanueva, Estela Hinojosa and Audelia Bowen.
She is survived by: her siblings, Martina Mendoza, Diana Chabolla, Antonia Garza, Lupita Montalvo and Rolando Montalvo; and her children, Mary Ann Aguilar, Reyna Montero, Debora Aguilar and Agapito Aguilar Jr.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
