He is survived by: his children, Ray Cassady (Sandy), Marie Monahan (Randy), Dr. Susan Flagel (Billy Callan) and Debbie Ritter (Jeff); the mother of his children Faye Cassady; his stepchildren, Jim Hogan (Kelly), Paul Hogan (Peggy), Tom Hogan, Patty Longford, Dana Hogan (Dawn), Matt Hogan (Erin), Diane Lapole (Rick) and Glen Hogan (Deanna); his wife Elaine Koder-Cassady; his stepchildren, Cathy Hiemstra (Bud), Jeffery Koder (Julie) and Stephanie Roam; and his pet Lilly. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family; dear friends.
