He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Darlene Stout; his children, Mark (Sarah), Greg (JoEllyn), Paula Green (Pat) and Todd (Coreen); his grandchildren, Paul, Caitlin, Jared, Evan, Dustan, Jason, Danny, Lauren and David; his great grandchildren, Valerie and Vivian; his brothers, David and Randy; and his parents, Arnold Witke and Rosamond Witke.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Grace United Methodist Church, whose programs and ministries meant so much to Roger.
