She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis Ann Rivera and Edward Augustine Rivera; her son Zachary Garrison; and her brother Michael Rivera. She is survived by: her children, Jeremiah Jackson (Melissa), Abbey Garrison and Alexander Garrison; her grandchildren, Jackson, Kylee, Emelia and Isabella; and her siblings, Rick, Leisa, Kim, Andrea, Eddie, Carla and Donna.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home (5400 SW 9th St, Des Moines, IA 50315). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
