She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Burgess and Mildred Burgess (Robinson); her husband Raymond Baker of Ray's Army; her brother Frank "Mick" Burgess; and her great grandchild Anthony Gillum.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Gillum (Ron) and Edward Baker (Julie) of Ottumwa, IA; her grandchildren, Kristin Sumpter (Julion), Edward Baker (Briahnna), Lindsay Peterson (Britt), William Baker (Amy) and Staci Larsen (Ty); her great grandchildren, Kaden Gillum, Drew Miller, Tylor Sumpter, Makenna Sumpter, Ryan Gillum, Kane Larsen, Jax Larsen, Ty Luca Larsen, Liam Baker, Nova Baker, Hazel Baker and Eleanor Baker; and her sister Marilyn Crusan.
