She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Albert and Helen Albert (Birkhofer); and her children, Louise A. Monroe (Jim), Linda K. Nockler (late Peter) and Harold H. Norris Jr. (Jeannie). She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, and dear niece, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Suncrest Hospice and Home Instead.
