He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Thomas (Lewis) and Donald Thomas Sr.; and his brother Donnie. He is survived by: his nephew Nate; and his sisters, Donna Elarton and Sylvia Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Iles Westover Chapel (6337 Hickman Rd, Des Moines, IA 50322). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Brian's family.
