He is survived by: his parents, Carl III Annicchiarico (Cathy) and Krystal Merrifield (Jason); and his grandparents, Sheila Johnson, Honey, Karl, Kathy Webb, Chella, Cody, Anthony, Dylan, Star, Makyah, Jocelyn and Robert.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 12:30 PM at 1511 E Army Post Rd, Des Moines, IA 50320.
