He was predeceased by: his parents, Amalie Moor (Frick) and Wilhelm Moor; and his siblings, Frieda Hort (Moor), Olinda Schmidt (Moor) and Heinrick Wilhelm Moor (Willie).
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Ruth Peters (Saylor); and his children, Barbara Lee Kenneth George (Peters), Tammie Peters, Connie Jo Helton (Peters-Moor), Carlos Rodriguez, Sherrill Ruth (Moor), Frederick Hayghe, Laureen Ann (Moor) and Lloyd Williams.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Afscme (4320 NW 2nd St, Des Moines, IA 50313).
