She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Worlan and Ruth Worlan (Lee); and her husband Butch. She is survived by: her sister Joan Worlan of Des Moines; her stepdaughter Debra Moore (Brian); and her stepgrandchildren, Nicholas of Dallas, Texas. and Alexandra Surko of Dallas, Texas..
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Iles Dunn's Chapel Iles Dunn's Chapel (2121 Grand Ave, Des Moines, IA 50312).
