Carolyn Roberts Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Roberts of Des Moines, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Remster and Opal Remster; her husband William B. Roberts; her siblings, Beverly Trinkle, Doris Remster and Richard Remster; and her grandson Dylan Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Roberts (Sheri) and Pam Roberts (Chris Fillman); her grandsons, Bill Chapman, Tyler Roberts (Annette) and Jordan Roberts (Shelbi); her great grandchildren, Quinn, Adeline, Samuel and Colson; and her sisters, Marie Chiodo, Esther Burgett (Steve), Shirley Scoval and Pauline Needles.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hamilton's Funeral Home (605 Lyon St, Des Moines, IA 50309). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to Every Step Hospice or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
