She was predeceased by: her father Gaylon Lohrman; and her siblings, Richard Spray, Jr. and Jerrie Griggs. She is survived by: her husband Dorin Smith; her daughters, Shanen Ebersole (Beau) and Dorisa Simpson (Michael); her mother Carol Lohrman; her grandchildren, Addie Ebersole, Jolene Ebersole, Wyatt Ebersole, Ashton Simpson and Lilly Simpson; and her sisters, Peggie Lovewell (Bob) and Merrie Lohrman-Serr. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa in loving memory of Carrie.
