He is survived by: his daughter Kaci Bachof (James Fouse); his grandchildren, Rusty DeMayo and Reilynn Miller; his mother Terry Sherwood (Stan); his siblings, Jay Brookhart, Brandon "Bo" Brookhart and Shawnae Brookhart; his grandmother Helen Aielo; and his nieces and nephews, Miranda Gatewood (Travis), Kaitlyn Brookhart, Jory Cosper (Jessica Schrader), Andrew Cosper (Stephanie Gould) and Taylor Cosper (Austin Murray). He is also survived by 15 great-nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends.
