Moen (Des Moines, Iowa), born in Indianola, Iowa, who passed away on July 18, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Moen and Emma Moen; and his wife Barbara Rose Moen. He is survived by: his sons, Bob Ballard (Pam) and Mike Ballard (Sara); his grandchildren, Chad Ballard (Amanda), Misty Rindels (Rod), Kory Ballard (Lindsay), Nick Ballard and Austin Ballard (Erika); his great grandchildren, Devin, Aliya, Irelyn, Dalton, Cameron, Anna, Skyla, Finley, Levi, Zoie, Nikki, Drake, Willard, Huc, Rhett and Bowe; and his brothers, Joe Moen (Valtha) and Marion Moen (Velma). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions will be received by the family for a future designation in honor of Charles.
