She is survived by: her parents, Ed Levesque and Misty Levesque of Newton; her husband Jon Carmichael of Des Moines; her brother Christopher Levesque (Ashley Buenrostro) of Newton; her grandmother Dolores Lynch of Newton; her parents-in-law, Herb and Jo Ann Carmichael of Davenport; and her pets, Baba Booey, Catatouille and Josh.
