With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chris Rohwer of Des Moines, Iowa, born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on November 1, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roland Rohwer and Ilah Rohwer (Dahl); his wife Janece; his daughters, Mary Ann Fairbank (Rob) and Theresa Becker (Charlie); his grandson Chris (Emily); and his siblings, Kathryn Sackheim, Ted Rohwer, Mary Lemek and Ginny Kudlinski.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Catholic Charities St. Mary's Family Center - Food Distribution Center.
