The memory of Christina Spencer of Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on January 31, 2025 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her mother Ada Larsen; and her husband Ivan Spencer. She is survived by: her pets, Bella and Jack; her children, Natalie Martin (Gary) and Tim Spencer (Jhoana); her grandchildren, Ashley Bailey (Bryan), Amber Haas (Will), Nicole Zimmerman (Ron) and TJ Spencer; and her great grandchildren, Ronnie, Ella, Zion, Braxton, Mairyn, Baylor and Atlas.
In lieu of flowers – or plants her grandchildren will struggle to keep alive (we didn't get her green thumb) – send donations in her name to the ARL – Animal Rescue League of Iowa, to support her lifelong love of animals & support of local rescues.
