He is survived by: his children, Sandra Kohlwes (Bob) and Rick Samuels (Angel); and his grandchildren, Joe Vitiritto (Wendy), Christianna Stiles (Rob), Colby Samuels (Ricky), Taryn Samuels (Josh), Tylar Samuels and Hannah Samuels. He is also survived by his eight, great-grandchildren; his great great grandchild; and his several nieces and nephews.
