She was predeceased by : her parents, Phillip F. Edwards and Marguerite M. Edwards (Spicer); and her brother John P. Edwards. She is survived by : her children, Carrie Hansen of Des Moines, IA, Heather Furr (Chad) of New Caney, TX, Michael Leydens Jr. (Jenny) of Des Moines, IA and Ashley Landeros (Lino); her grandchildren, Heidi Hanagan (John), Madisyn, Pyper Hansen, Bryce (Katelyn Benton), Alexis Moore (Brad), Mackenzy, Jameson Leydens, ShayLeigh, Isabella and Paislee Landeros; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Wesley Benton, Addison Humbert, Walker and Weston Moore.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa.
