He is survived by: his children, Amber Sprouse (Zac) of Bloomfield and Phil Howard (Valerie Hileman) of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Bryson, Grady, Taya, Ava Sprouse, Emma and Levi Howard; and his siblings, Marilyn Smith (Wilbur) of Fort Myers, Fla, Jimmy Howard (Debora) of Grimes and Steven Howard (DeAnn).
