We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2023, at the age of 75, Dan C. Gamble of Des Moines, Iowa, born in Leon, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dan C. Gamble to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Gamble and Eula Gamble; his adoptive mother Mariam Gamble (Diane Hermann Gamble); his daughter Katherine Gamble Bowersox (Kate); and his siblings, Ron Gamble and Jean Gamble Chavez.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Hermann; his daughters, Tracy Ripperger (John) of Des Moines and Kristin Wilbanks (Jim) of Urbandale; his grandson Patrick Gamble Wilbanks of Urbandale; his siblings, John Gamble of Grimes, Joan Miller (Chris) of Des Moines and Christine Gamble of Des Moines; and his pet Stella. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
In Lieu of flowers, we ask that any memorial donations be directed to VFW # 9662 Saylorville Iowa. Proceeds will be donated to place a marker in Dan's memory and recognition to his dedication to this country.
