He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Dahlstrom. He is survived by: his father Lavon Dahlstrom of Clive; his children, Gavin, Ian and Anna of Colorado; and his siblings, David Dahlstrom, Sara Dahlstrom and Donald Dahlstrom (Suzanne) of Clive. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
