He is survived by: his parents, Larry A. Woolis and Ellen Meany; his stepmother Barbara White; his half-sister Kelly Sue Meany; and his pet Shabaka. He is also survived by numerous other family members and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Iles Westover Chapel (6337 Hickman Rd, Des Moines, IA 50322). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Resthaven Cemetery (801 19th St, West Des Moines, IA 50265).
