He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Schrader and Frieda Schrader (Hartz); and his brother Dennis Schrader. He is survived by: his wife Candy Schrader; his children, Kristina Johnson (Tyler) and Greg Schrader (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Lukas, Eva Johnson, Owen, Averi and Adley Schrader; and his siblings, Carol McKnight, Doran Schrader and Connie Boettcher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and other loving relatives and special friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Westown Parkway (3601 Westown Pkwy, West Des Moines, IA 50266).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the American Heart Association or Tunnel to Towers Foundation in loving memory of David.
