He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Hollingworth and Marion Hollingworth (Anderson); and his wife Carolyn. He is survived by: his family Des Moines; his brother Larry Hollingworth; his sons, Robert and Mark Hollingworth (Cara); and his grandchildren, Ian, Adrian and Aleighla.
