He was predeceased by: his father Max McBroom. He is survived by: his mother Lois McBroom; his children, Callie Simons, Ryan McBroom (Stephanie) and Jessica Harrell (Walker); his grandchildren, Barrett, Berkeley, Brinley, Tory and Aria; his stepmother Dianne McBroom; and his spouse JoBeth Hanke (Quick).
