He was predeceased by: his father Maurice. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his daughters, Taylor (Tyson) and Jaclyn; his granddaughter Hadley; his mother Roberta; and his brothers, Steve (Diane), Brian (Beth) and Jeff (Julie).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home (5400 SW 9th St, Des Moines, IA 50315). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
