He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Grady and Gena O'Grady (Harang); his brother Thomas "TJ" O'Grady; and his nephew Matthew Badeaux. He is survived by: his sister Maureen Badeaux (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Meredith Schaffer (Matt) of Lincoln, Morgan Badeaux, Marc Badeaux (Maggie) of Clive and Mollie Damos (Brett) of Clive; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brody, Emmerie, Brecken, Briggs Schaffer, Noelle, Joliette, Gemma, Maelee, Bernadette Badeaux, Beau and Theodore Damos.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Dowling Catholic High School Athletic Fund.
