She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jackson and Joyce Jackson (Jervis); her husband Terry Simons; and her nephew Michael Jackson. She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Simons (Larry Porter) of Des Moines and Heather Simons; her siblings, Steven Jackson of Arizona and Carol Mann of Arizona; her nieces, Anessa and Kelly; and her friend Street Neighborhood Gang.
