He was predeceased by: his wife Patty; and his parents, Earnest Schade and Enola Schade. He is survived by: his children, Donna Zawistowski (Joe), Diane Edge and Kenneth Schade (Carla). He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
