We are sad to announce that, on September 2, 2021, at the age of 90, Donna L. Cook of Des Moines, Iowa, born in Conception Junction, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William P. Allee and Vestle Allee; her husband Lloyd D. Cook; her children, Bill Cook (Maggie), Susan Parker (Pat) and Sharon Fortune (Keith); and her sister-in-law Judy Cook of Edmond, Oklahoma.. She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and her brother.

Memorial may be directed to Alzheimer's Association, 1730 28th Street, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266 in care of Donna Cook or to Arbor Springs of West Des Moines, Iowa.
