Donna (Papian) Runge Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on October 23, 2025, at the age of 80, Donna (Papian) Runge of Des Moines, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Runge; and her sister Sharon Papian. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole (Jed); her grandson Will; her son Erik (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Sophie, Lucy and Elliot; her brother James Papian (Ande); her son Chris (Katherine); her grandsons, David and Junior; her brother Steve Papian (Kate); her nephew Anthony (Amanda); and her niece Nora (Max). She is also survived by many relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to EveryStep Kavanaugh House or the Food Bank of Iowa in loving memory of Donna.
