Donna (Papian) Runge Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2025, at the age of 80, Donna (Papian) Runge of Des Moines, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Runge; and her sister Sharon Papian. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole (Jed); her grandson Will; her son Erik (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Sophie, Lucy and Elliot; her brother James Papian (Ande); her son Chris (Katherine); her grandsons, David and Junior; her brother Steve Papian (Kate); and her siblings' children, Anthony (Amanda) and Nora (Max). She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (15 Indianola Rd, Des Moines, IA 50315). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to EveryStep Kavanaugh House or the Food Bank of Iowa in loving memory of Donna.
